Respect the Standard- Zero Tolerance

Will you help support referees to create a great environment for players to play in? As team officials you have the responsibility to manage the following people;

Players, Spectators, Coaches

If their behaviour slips below the ‘standard’ you have a responsibility to tackle it. Once incident is too many! Behaviour often escalates, by taking a zero tolerance approach, you can help to nip poor behaviour in the bud- you can create a great football environment for all participants.

In all the examples on the following pages, the referee should be allowed to take any action they see fit, before you manage your participants.
