Over the weekend we have ad numerous reports of team unable to login to their Full-time to complete match returns.
To login to Full-time only individuals down as the following TEAM roles will be sent a automatic invite to create a login for the new season;
- Team Secretary
- Team Manager
- Team Assistant Manager
- Team Coach
- Team Assistant Coach
If the desired team administrator is not down as one of these roles please ensure you update this on your clubs Whole Game System.
Please also ensure the desired team administrators FAN information is up to date including email and phone numbers as this all get integrated through to Full-time.
You may have also had the message that your Full-Time login has expired, this is due to new logins being created for this season and invites to the team roles stated above, therefore you will not be able to login using your previous login.
If your team administrators are down as one of the 4 Team roles and all information is correct but you are yet to receive your new invite to create a login, please contact ourselves or your league to re-invite team administrators.
If team administrators have received your new Full-time login and created your new username however are unsure of your login, again you can contact the County FA or your league to confirm the username you have created.
