You can view all of your learning and training by visiting MyAccount
Qualifications can take up to 48 Hours from completion to upload to your account so please do not submit a ticket if this time has not elapsed.
To get a qualification added that is not showing, you will be required to know your FA number (FAN) as well as having a screenshot of a completed course (online) or a photo of the certificate that clearly shows your name & FAN.
This info can be emailed to Education@TheFA.com who can then add the award to your FAN record.
