Referees as you are not attached to a County FA club you are required to do your FA DBS application via the CFA

Please find information attached about applying for your FA DBS.

To verify your DBS, you will need to make an appointment with a Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA staff member to visit our County FA Office. Please remember to bring your relevant documents

Alternatively, there are other verifiers in the County.  These options will have come up on your application.  If these are more convenient for you, please get in touch with that verifier directly to check their availability.
