Option 1 – At a local football club or league
If you are attached to a grassroots football club, the games can be completed with your club. Alternatively, we can identify a local club or league for you to link with.
Option 2 – At an academy
We appoint referees to academy games on a Sunday morning, 11 am kick off, at Sheffield Wednesday, Sheffield United, Rotherham United and Barnsley Football Club. We appoint officials to games for team at U9-U15 age groups, where you can have a chance at refereeing at the young age groups and as an assistant referee at the older ones.
