Once your competition has been created by SHCFA you can commence completing the sanction- this is undertaken on the Competition Portal

What do we need to uploaded for our sanction?
Competition Rules (these must adhere to SCORY/SCOR
Risk Assessment for the venue
'Emergency Action Plan' for the event
A Copy of your Public Liability Insurance
A list of teams taking part on the competition- CLICK HERE for guidance on how to uplaod this
Prior to completing this please pull all this documentation, failure to uplaod any of the above will result in the sanction being rejected.
