The Football Association - Registration of New Club /Adding and Removing Verifiers to the OnlineDisclosures DBS service
To register a new club, add or remove a verifier from the Online Disclosures DBS service the Club Welfare Officer, Club Official or a County Official should complete and send the associated Form to [email protected].
Please CLICK HERE to find the associated Registration of New Club, Add/Remove Verifier form for completion.
If needed, the official can select the option “Make Main Contact” to allow us to change the main point of contact for the club.
Once this is received and the information validated against County FA records, access to the Online Disclosures service will be granted. The new verifier(s) will receive an activation link that they will have 48 hours to activate once received. It will confirm the personal login details needed to activate the account as a verifier.
Once the account is activated the club members can commence the application process.
These details are unique to your registration and should be retained for future reference.
Note: To use this service the verifier should be registered as a club official in the Whole Game System. For more details about this process, please contact the County FA.
