My DBS is 'Complete' but not showing on my FAN

If your DBS application status has changed to 'complete' and you have received your DBS certificate but it is not showing on the FA Club Portal/My Account please read the following guidance. 


Please CLICK HERE if your DBS has content on it.


Please ensure you have allowed at least 48 hours following receiving your certificate before chasing this up. 


If after 48 hours the DBS is not showing on the FA Club Portal/My Account, please send a photo of the full front and back of the certificate to [email protected] please include your full name and FAN. Outline in the email that the DBS is not showing on your FAN.
