If you have received your DBS certificate back and the certificate contains 'Content' your application will remain 'pending' and not complete.

You will receive an email from first advantage requesting you to send your certificate for review. Failure to send your DBS certificate will lead to 'All Football Suspension'.

Please do not ignore this request.
