What if I want to withdraw from a cup competition?

Any team intending to withdraw from a Competition must notify their intention to do so to SHCFA and the opposing team in writing not less than eight days before the date fixed for playing the match.  (You can notify by emailing [email protected]

 

A team failing to give satisfactory reason for withdrawing from the Competition shall be liable to a penalty decided by the SHCFA Cups Committee. Fines tariff (appendix 3)


In the Final ties any team failing to play without a sufficient cause for such failure to play, may be adjudged by SHCFA to have been guilty of serious misconduct and liable to be dealt with under The Football Association Rule E (1-3).
